European locks and euro profile cylinders in NYC
Bee Locksmith installs, repairs and replaces European locks for buildings, offices and stores in New York City, Westchester and Long Island: euro profile cylinders, multipoint mortise locks, gearboxes and keeps. We are an authorized Mul-T-Lock dealer and installer, so a European door can take a high-security euro cylinder on a restricted keyway or the building's master key system.
European locks we work on
- Euro profile cylinders: single, double and thumb-turn cylinders, sized to the door
- Multipoint mortise locks: the lock case and the rods, hooks or bolts along the door edge
- Gearboxes: replaced when the handle or key no longer throws the locking points
- Keeps and strikers: frame parts that receive the locking points
- Handles and escutcheons matched to the lock and the door

Mul-T-Lock euro cylinders
Bee Locksmith is an authorized Mul-T-Lock dealer and installer. Mul-T-Lock makes high-security European profile cylinders that fit standard euro profile locks, with restricted keys that can't be copied at a hardware store and keying that can join a master key system.
Sizing a euro cylinder correctly
A euro cylinder is measured from its center to each face. A cylinder that sticks out too far can be snapped; one that is too short won't turn the cam. Our technicians measure the door and the lock on site and fit the right size, rather than guessing from a photo.
Multipoint locks and gearboxes
On a multipoint door, the key or handle turns a gearbox that drives every locking point. When the key turns but the door won't lock, the problem is usually the gearbox, an out-of-adjustment door or a worn keep. We repair or replace the part, and import it when it isn't sold here. We commonly service Roto, Siegenia, GU, Winkhaus, Maco, Hoppe and similar European hardware.
