Toilet partition and bathroom stall repair and installation

Bee Locksmith installs, repairs and replaces toilet partitions and bathroom stall dividers for office buildings, retail, restaurants, schools and multi-tenant buildings in New York City and the tri-state area. Our door division fixes the stall doors that won't latch, the hinges that sag and the pilasters that rock, replaces damaged panels, and installs complete new compartments, ADA stalls and urinal screens.

Panels, doors and complete compartments

When a door or panel is dented, rusted, delaminated or broken, we replace it to the existing size and mounting style: floor-mounted overhead-braced, floor-anchored, ceiling-hung or floor-to-ceiling. For a renovation or a worn-out restroom, we measure, order and install complete new compartments and urinal screens, and remove the old ones.

Materials

  • Powder-coated steel: the economical standard in offices and older buildings
  • Phenolic: solid, moisture-resistant panels for high-traffic and humid restrooms
  • HDPE (solid plastic): won't rust or delaminate; common in schools, gyms and transit
  • Stainless steel: durable, high-end finish for lobbies and corporate restrooms

ADA stalls and accessible hardware

Accessible compartments need the right door swing and clearances, hardware that works without tight grasping, and a door pull on both sides. We replace latches and pulls with accessible hardware, re-hang doors to the correct swing, and coordinate with grab bar and accessory work. See ADA doors and hardware.

Brands we install, repair and replace

We commonly work on Bradley (including Mills partitions), Hadrian, General Partitions, ASI Global Partitions and Scranton Products, and source matching hardware for most other makes.

For buildings and managers

Restroom partitions are usually one line in a building's punch list next to doors, closers and locks. We do them on the same visit and the same invoice. See buildings and property management.
